Terms of Service

Welcome to YallaGym. These terms ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Shachar Even Shoshan ("we", "the operator"), operator of the YallaGym app ("the app"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the app. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Your account

Sign-in is via your phone number and a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and phone number. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or infringing content;
• impersonate any person or provide false information;
• attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• harvest information about other users without their consent;
• use the app for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may remove content and suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, names, messages). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store and process it for the purpose of operating the service for you and your group. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the rights to do so.

5. Coins, points & challenges

The app includes virtual points, coins and challenges. These are virtual items only, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and are not transferable outside the app. We may modify or reset these mechanics at any time.

6. Health & fitness

YallaGym is a social motivation tool and does not provide medical, training, or nutritional advice. Consult a professional before starting any exercise program. Use of the app and its workout tracker is at your own risk.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen or via the account deletion form. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
